The assigned topic for this month was “Tell Me a Story” I submitted two for the topic and two for the open color category.

Lamb's Ear

This above photo was taken in November. It looks like a frosty image but it is only wet. The Lamb’s Ear is so fuzzy it gives the picture a wonderful texture. The fallen leaf on the side has such an array of colors it attracted my attention right away. It was hard for me to include the whole plant in the photo.

The image to the left tells a story but I don’t know what it is. I figured any title that I gave it would limit the viewer’s interpretation. I left it untitled so that everyone can decide for themselves if it is a inspiring story or a sad one.

Look, Daddy He Likes Me!

The image of the lion and the two children is familiar to anyone who has spent time at a zoo. The large predators often show a lot of interest in children, Our Snow Leopards carefully watched as strollers went by, hence our nickname for children in strollers, “meals on wheels”.
